Using the Thinking Environment® and the Enneagram as foundational tools, I work with teams and groups through engaging dialogue and group coaching processes, taking a systemic approach.
Executive Lead Teams - ELTs often focus on their vertical teams and lose sight of themselves as a vertical team. Working with teams of up to 12 people, our process will address both known and unconscious challenges, build up collective wisdom and strengths, and create a common vision and language to break down siloes and encourage greater cross-functional collaboration.
Intact Teams - similar to ELTs, we will also address known and unknown biases, challenges, and assumptions that get in the way of effective, efficient teamwork. These workshops will create greater appreciation of the diversity and strengths of the team, enhance mutual understanding, and upskill team cohesiveness and communication to bring you to the next level.
Groups - Group coaching is for individuals who come together in a “system” with a common objective. These may be groups of individuals working on a development activity at work, or people from unrelated organizations participating in a training program. Group coaching will create a safe, effective space to build connection, share experiences, and mutual learning.
