As a Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), I firmly believe in taking the path less traveled.
After a few years in a part-time television career, I began my professional journey as a lawyer in Singapore in 2000. I quickly realized that it wasn’t the career of my dreams, and left the legal practice behind to start working at a WPP agency in public relations for technology and consumer goods brands. Clients included Evian, Procter & Gamble, Standard Chartered Bank, EMC Corp, Telstra, and Club Med.
A few years later, I moved into Executive Search for the legal industry, and then in 2010, I joined American Express where I managed Centurion B2B partnerships, sales, and customer service teams, oversaw 17 key Private Bank partnerships across Asia Pacific, and a multi-million dollar sales portfolio.
In 2012, I pursued my Executive MBA at INSEAD (France, Abu Dhabi, Singapore) and Tsinghua School of Economics & Management (Beijing, China), a move I now reflect on as my own midlife and mid-career crisis. During this period of personal and professional upheaval, I made the tough decision to go down a less conventional career path.
Since then, I have worked with several startups overseeing global expansion and e-commerce platforms, managing product development, and brand stewardship. My portfolio (multiple-path) career then took shape - international research projects; consulting startups on organizational culture; Executive Coach to Founders, and C-Suite Executives.
An avid meditator and energy bodywork practitioner, I bring together mindful practice, somatic sensing, and the Enneagram as well as my professional background to partner with and coach senior executives to deepen their self-awareness and sharpen their own authentic, embodied leadership.
Married to Dany, another lawyer-turned-entrepreneur, and mom to three (very vocal) young adults, I spend time between Singapore and Auckland.
